NPO Action Needed (Portal) means that the donor has submitted the match on their end and the nonprofit may need to verify the donation in the company’s portal.
You can log into the company's portal to find the donations that need to be verified. If you do not have login information for the company’s individual portal, please let us know and we would be happy to assist. Similarly, if you are unable to find the match request after logging into the company portal, let us know and we can follow up. Once you verify the match in the company system, you can change the tracker to “verified” in your Amply dashboard so you and your team know this step has been taken.
